What is the recruitment process like?
The recruitment process depends on the position; however, this shall serve as an example:
- Preliminary analysis of the submitted applications
- First telephone calls are to be made in order to collect the information about the candidates
- First interview (the representative of the HR Department and/or the direct superior are present)
- Possibly, verification of the personal skills and the development potential shall take place
- Second job interview (the following individuals shall be present: the representative of the HR Department and/or direct superior and/or the head)
- Final decision is made and the select individual is given a job offer
- Passing the information to the select candidates
